For Outbound Tour Packages

These terms and conditions are set forth in accordance with the Tourism Industry (Tour Operating Business and Travel Agency Business) Regulations 1992 and serve to protect both our valued customers and our agency.

1. TOUR DEPOSIT & PAYMENT

  • A deposit of 25% of the total tour fare per person is required at the time of booking to confirm the reservation.
  • Full payment must be made 45 days before the departure date.
  • For last-minute bookings made within 45 days prior to departure, full payment is required immediately.
  • Failure to make full payment within the stipulated time may result in cancellation of your booking and forfeiture of deposit.

2. AMENDMENT CHARGES

  • Amendments are not permitted within 14 working days of departure.
  • Requests for early return or extension are subject to airline and local operator policies.
  • Entire booking changes will be considered cancellations.

3. CANCELLATION POLICY

All cancellations must be made in writing to avoid any disputes.

3.1 Full Package Tour

Note: Airline promotional fares are non-refundable and subject to individual airline terms.

4. CANCELLATION POLICY (BY COMPANY)

4.1 Due to Force Majeure

In cases of natural disasters, war, civil unrest, pandemics, or government orders, we reserve the right to cancel the tour.

5. TRAVEL DOCUMENTATION

5.1 Customer Responsibility

  • Ensure passport validity of at least 6 months upon return.
  • Obtain all required visas and health documents.

5.2 Company Responsibility

  • Provide general guidance on travel documentation.

5.3 Visa Fees

All visa-related fees and service charges are borne by the customer.

5.4 Visa Rejection

If your visa is rejected, a refund will be provided minus administrative costs.

5.5 Refusal of Entry

We are not liable for denied entry or deportation due to personal actions, incomplete documents, or any immigration decisions.

6. UNUSED SERVICES

No refunds or replacements for unused services due to personal reasons (early return, no – show, etc.)

7. CHANGES TO ITINERARY

The company reserves the right to:

  • Adjust or change hotel accommodations, routes, and schedules
  • Substitute attractions due to unforeseen circumstances

8. RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE

We reserve the right to refuse participation or remove any tour member who:

  • Jeopardizes safety, comfort, or wellbeing of others
  • Acts unlawfully or unreasonably A refund will be issued only for unused services,
    less applicable fees.

9. TRAVEL INSURANCE

All participants are strongly encouraged to purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering:

  • Trip cancellations
  • Medical emergencies
  • Baggage loss or delays

10. PROMOTIONAL USAGE

We reserve the right to use any photos or videos taken during the trip for promotional purposes without further consent or compensation.
