A ground tour includes organized travel activities and services provided at your destination. This typically covers transportation, guided tours, meals, and accommodation. However, please note that the following are not included: travel insurance, airfare, visa fees, tips, and entrance fees to attractions. These additional costs should be planned for separately.
A China ground tour voucher is a pre-paid certificate or document that entitles the holder to specific ground tour services in China, such as accommodation, transportation, guided tours, and meals.
In Person: Visit our office with your voucher, and our team will guide you through the redemption process.
By Mail: Send your voucher to our office via mail. Once we receive it, we will process the redemption and contact you with the next steps.
Please ensure that your voucher is redeemed at least 30 working days before your desired departure date to allow sufficient time for processing. During the redemption process, compulsory tour and tipping fees will be collected after you’ve selected your travel location.
The voucher's validity depends on the date of purchased. For new customers, the voucher is typically valid for 2 years from the date of purchase.
You can redeem the voucher either at the time of booking or upon arrival in China, depending on the specific terms and conditions outlined in the voucher.
Note: It is not recommended to travel during major Chinese holidays, such as:
Chinese New Year (Spring Festival): Usually falls between late January and mid-February.
Golden Week (National Day): October 1st to 7th.
Labor Day: May 1st to 3rd.
During these periods, popular destinations can be extremely crowded, and prices for accommodations and services may be significantly higher.
Changes to bookings after redemption may be subject to availability and additional charges. Contact our office as soon as possible to discuss any changes or modifications to your itinerary.
If you lose your voucher, contact our office immediately. We will assist you with the process to reissue or address any issues related to the lost voucher, subject to our terms and conditions.
Vouchers are generally valid for one tour or service per voucher unless stated otherwise. For multi-tour options, check with our office for availability and conditions.
All necessary preparations, including visa application and final payment, should be completed at least 45 working days before the departure date. This ensures smooth processing and avoids last-minute issues.

Clothing: Depending on the season, bring appropriate clothing. Layers are recommended.
Electronics: Mobile phone, charger, travel adapter, power bank, and any necessary gadgets.

Other Essentials: Cash, credit/debit cards, copies of important documents, and a small daypack.
Accommodation options for the China Ground Tour Packages vary depending on the package you choose. Typically, they range from comfortable local hotels to 3-4 star hotels. Some all-inclusive packages may even offer stays in 5-star hotels. The specific hotels included in your package will be confirmed by the tour operator closer to your departure date, ensuring you receive the best available options based on your selection.
