Who Can Travel with Us

Our tour packages are specially designed for Malaysian passport holders. At this time, we only provide Mandarin-speaking tour guides, so a basic understanding of Mandarin is recommended. While the package is primarily for adults aged 18 and above, children under 18 are welcome to join—though a child surcharge may apply.

What’s Included in Your Tour Package

When you purchase one of our ground tour packages, you’re covered with:

• Comfortable hotel accommodation in local 4-star hotels (twin or triple sharing)
  
• Daily meals according to the tour schedule
  
• Sightseeing activities with entrance tickets
  
• Private coach or minivan transportation
  
• A knowledgeable, Mandarin-speaking guide and driver
  

Everything you need for a rich travel experience is already arranged for you.

What’s Not Included

Please note that your package does not include:

• Flight tickets and visa applications
  
• Tipping fees and agent service charges
  
• Any optional or compulsory tours that are not part of the base itinerary
  

These items will need to be arranged or paid separately.

Travel Blackout Dates

To maintain quality during peak seasons, no departures are allowed within 15 days before or after Chinese New Year. If you’re planning to travel during this time, we recommend considering alternative dates.

Extending Your Trip

Want to stay a little longer? Extensions are possible, but they come with additional charges for accommodations, meals, activities, and transportation. Be sure to confirm pricing and availability in advance.

Special Meal Arrangements

For guests requesting Muslim or Indian meals, a small surcharge of RM 50 per meal per person will apply. This helps cover special preparation and sourcing requirements.

Important Travel Policies

• Early departure from the tour (leaving before the group trip is over) will result in a penalty
  
• Hotel stays are based on twin/triple sharing. A single supplement fee applies for those who prefer a private room.
  
• Bookings should be made at least 60 days before departure to avoid delays. If you book less than 30 days before the trip, a late booking fee may apply.
  

Voucher Use & Travel Limits

Your travel voucher is valid for one destination only. It cannot be reused or transferred to another trip, location, or person. Please plan accordingly.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. However, due to tour arrangements, cancellations are subject to the following terms:

• More than 14 days before departure: No refunds or postponements
  
• Less than 14 days before departure: 100% cancellation fee
  

Flight Information

Our designated carriers are AirAsia and AirAsia-X. All travelers will be picked up and dropped off at the respective airport terminals, as listed in your tour itinerary.

Traveling with Infants

Infants under 24 months old do not require a travel voucher. They also do not need to pay for tips or tour-related fees.

Additional Notes

• This package is for group tours only—no requests for private or custom tours will be accepted.
  
• Airport transfers are only provided for standard arrival and departure times. Early or late transfers are not included.
  
• Please contact PMSB to confirm your departure date before booking any flight tickets.
  
• While this package is intended for Malaysians, non-Malaysian passport holders may join for an additional fee.
  

All travel vouchers are non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash or other travel products.
